- 32 oz. Fat Free Chicken Broth
- 2 Cans corn (undrained)
- 1 Can Rotel (original kind, with chilies)
- 1 Can Ranch Style beans
- 2 Chicken bullion cubes
- 8 oz. Velveeta light cheese
- 10 oz. Can white chicken (97% fat free)
Directions:
Place all ingredients, except cheese, in a large soup pan. When mixture is hot, add the cheese (which is cut in cubes). Stir until cheese melts.
