Chicken Fiesta Soup
  • 32 oz. Fat Free Chicken Broth
  • 2 Cans corn (undrained)
  • 1 Can Rotel (original kind, with chilies)
  • 1 Can Ranch Style beans
  • 2 Chicken bullion cubes
  • 8 oz. Velveeta light cheese
  • 10 oz. Can white chicken (97% fat free)
Directions:
Place all ingredients, except cheese, in a large soup pan. When mixture is hot, add the cheese (which is cut in cubes). Stir until cheese melts.
