- 3 Slices Bacon, Chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
- 1 Tsp. Scallions, Chopped
- 2 Tsp. Flour
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 2 Cups Milk
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cube Chicken Stock
- 1 Large Potato, Cubed
- 440g Can Corn, Drained
- 1/4 Cup Cream
Directions:
Brown bacon, garlic and scallions in butter until soft. Blend flour with 1/4 cup milk, stir into pan. Cook until thick and bubbling. Gradually stir in extra milk, water, stock cube, potato and corn. Cook until potato is tender; stirring often.
