- Thinly sliced beef
- 1 Cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tsp. liquid smoke
Directions: Marinate sliced beef in sauce for about 1 hour. After laying out to dry, add lots of course ground pepper.
Comments: Freezing the meat slightly helps when slicing. This is the very best and very addictive, so make lots!
