- 2 C. corn, drained
- 1 Large, ripe tomato, chopped
- 1/2 C. cucumber, chopped
- 1 C. Fat Free Sour Cream
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. (Whole recipe - 8 points).
Comments:
I kept my sour cream cool, and I have served this immediately and it was yummy. My kids love it, too!
