- Potatoes
- Green, red and yellow bell peppers
- Onion
Directions: Scrub potatoes well, do not peel. Slice about 1/4 inch thick. Core and seed peppers. Slice peppers and onions about 1/4 inch thick. Put all in a container and mix well with salt, pepper, garlic powder and a little oil. Divide into servings and place in heavy duty foil packets. Cook over medium hot coals for about 40 minutes.
