- 1 Pork Chop
- 1 Large potato - chunked
- 1 Large carrot - chunked
- 1 Onion - sliced
- Season with Lawry's
Directions:
Butter heavy duty foil well on all sides. Fold like a package and seal well. Cook on hot coals for 15 minutes. Turn over and cook another 15 minutes.
Comments:
This is a hungry mans meal.
