  Foil Recipes

Hamburger Patties
  • Aluminum foil, sprayed with cooking spray
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • Mustard
  • Catsup
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cheese is optional
Directions:
Roll out wads of meat the size of hamburgers, salt and pepper to taste. Spread with mustard and catsup, place your onion on top of all, and add the cheese if you prefer it. Wrap these burgers in foil, and place on grill for about 3 to 5 minutes each side. Place in bun while hot. I do this at home too. Enjoy!!

Comments:
I use London Broil, it has little or no fat in it, or meat that has about 10 or 20% fat. You can have the meat market grind the london broil for you, or do it yourself. I do, and it works well.
