- About 5 lbs red taters
- 2 Large Onions
- Garlic Salt as Desired
- Greek Seasoning as Desired
- Butter
Directions: Place 2-3 tsp. butter in bottom of 9x13 square pan. Wash taters cut into 1/4" slices. Cover bottom of pan with taters, onion and seasoning. Keep layering until pan is all most at top of pan. Cover with aluminum foil and place on medium heat on grill.
Comments: Easy and yummy.
