Dbl. Choc Chip Cookies
  • 1 Box Devils Food Cake Mix
  • 1/2 C Butter
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts (optional)
  • 1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Beat 1/2 cake mix with butter, vanilla and eggs until smooth. Stir in remaining cake mix, nuts and chocolate chips. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are set, centers will be soft. Cook 1 minute before removing to cooling rack. Makex 5 dozen to pack and take camping! (No changes for high altitude.)

This recipe is so easy, your dog can do it! I only get to help my mom make these. She won't let me eat any. She says chocolate could be really bad for me. Me? I think she just wants to keep them all for herself!
