I Can't Believe It's A Cookie
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Egg
Directions:
Put sugar in a bowl ... add the peanut butter and egg. Mix well and make into desired size balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and using fork make imprints around the edge of cookie making it flat. If fork tends to stick to cookie too much dip it each time into sugar before using it. Bake at 350° Degrees for 12-15 minutes depending on the crispness you desire. Bake a little longer for crispness, but monitor them closely the last few minutes as they tend to burn if baked too long.

Comments:
We have 3 grand kids who come to our house a lot and of course they always want a snack and the "I Can't Believe It's A Cookie" recipe is quick and easy. You won't believe the results ... please try it - you will be delighted!
