Directions:
Gently break graham cracker in half. Squirt Redi-Whip Cool Whip on 1/2 of graham cracker and gently press other half on top. Whala! Ice cream sandwich. Best when wrapped in foil and chilled for better firmness.
Comments:
This is a great treat for the kids and easy enough for them to make. One can makes several sandwiches, but buy several cans for a larger group. Doesn't melt quite as fast as regular ice cream. What a treat!
