- 1 - 10 Oz. Can of Refrigerator Biscuits
- 4 Tsp. Melted Butter
- 2 Bananas, Sliced
- 1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut
- 1/2 Cup Orange Marmalade
Directions:
Melt the butter and grease a muffin tin with the butter.
Place 3 banana slices in each cup. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of marmalade over the bananas. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon coconut over that and top it off with one biscuit. Brush each biscuit with butter before baking. Bake at 325° for approximately 20 minutes.
Comments:
This is probably best prepared in your home oven or RV.
