- 2 Cup Swiss Cheese, Shredded
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/4 Tsp. Paprika
- 1 Can Cream Soup (mushrrom, chicken, broccoli, etc.)
- 1/2 Cup Beer or White Wine
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and heat over low heat until melted.
Comments:
Serve with crusty bread and remaining wine or beer!
