- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Eggs, Beaten
- 1 cup Oatmeal
- 1 cup Raisins
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions:
In a bowl combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder & soda. In a second bowl, combine oil, eggs, oats, raisins and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients and stir. Spoon into 12 greased muffin cups, and bake at 350° for 18 min.
