- 4 Eggs
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 Cup Warm Spaghetti Sauce
- 4 Oz. Sliced Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
Spray a medium skilled with non-stick cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Carefully slip each egg into skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Immediately reduce heat to low. Cook 5 minutes or until whites are set; turn eggs. Gently pour warm spaghetti sauce into skillet. Cook over low heat until eggs are cooked to desired doneness. Top with sliced mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Broil briefly to melt cheeses.
